Traffic Road Event Information System has reported a crash in the SH 2 Papamoa to Baypark, Westbound.

Westbound lanes are blocked before Sandhurst Dr off-ramp. 

Emergency Services are on place at the moment.

Expect delays. Consider an alternative route west.

A spokesperson from the Police says:

"We received a report of a car towing a caravan which had hit a median barrier at about 2.45pm on SH 2, near the Sandhurst Rd off-ramp."

"No injuries were reported, lanes in both direction were blocked for a while, but reopened a short while after."
