People have until this Friday to let council know if it should continue to allow trading on Easter Sunday.
Tauranga City Council is reviewing the Easter Sunday Shop Trading Policy, and is proposing to continue allowing all shops in Tauranga to trade on Easter Sunday if they wish to.
"A minor change is proposed to indicate that the policy shows support for events and markets held on Easter Sunday and clarifying that shops also include markets," says a council spokesperson.
Find out more and have your say at www.tauranga.govt.nz/easter.
Paper copies of the policy and submission form are also available in local libraries.
Consultation closes at 5pm on Friday, July 15.
