A vehicle with a trailer has jack-knifed on the Tauranga Eastern Link causing some traffic delays.

Police received a report at 4.05pm that a truck had jack-knifed, blocking one lane between the Domain Road on-ramp and State Highway 2, says a Police spokesperson.

"The truck and trailer are off to the side of the road."

It is understood that towing has been arranged and is on the way.

There is no report of any injuries.
