John passed away suddenly at Tauranga Hospital on 16 March 2022. Dearly loved partner of Christine. Loving father of Connie, Cameron, and Douglas. Loved Poppa John to all his grandchildren. Loved uncle, friend, and colleague.

A memorial service for John is to be held at Tauranga Park, 383 Pyes Pa Rd, Tauranga on Wednesday 8 June 2022 at 2.00pm.
