Peacefully in Mount Maunganui on Thursday 6th January 2022 aged 92 years.

Loved husband of the late Elaine. Much loved father of Paul and Julie. Loved grandfather and great grandfather.

A service for Jack will be held at the Hillsdene Chapel, 143 13th Avenue Tauranga, on Wednesday 12th January at 1pm. Please note that this is a vaccinated service and therefore guests will need to provide a covid pass for scanning.
