QSM, JP (Retired), Paul Harris Fellow. Passed away suddenly in Tauranga on 8th September 2021, in his 83rd year.

Kind-hearted, gentle and much loved husband of Norma. Adored and treasured father of Jackie.

Phil was a fearless, fun loving adventurer and keen sportsman, with a passion for people and living life to the full. His memory will live on forever in our hearts.
