The family of Jack would like to inform friends and neighbours of his peaceful passing at home, aged 92, surrounded by loved ones, on 2 August 2021.
In accordance with his wishes, Jack had a private send off from home with his beloved wife of 70 years Aileen, daughter, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchild.
Special thanks to Hospice, Poutiri Wellness Centre, Te Puke, staff at Tauranga Hospital, his friends and neighbours Judy and Allan Parker.
