Passed away at Bethlehem Views Tauranga on 31 July 2021.
Dearly loved Mother and mother in law of Kirsty and Gerry, David and Chrissy, Tracy and John, and Nicky. Adored nana to all of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Beloved friend of Tania and Brent, and Maureen.
A service for Hazel will be held at Woodhill, 167 Grange Road Tauranga on Thursday 5 August 2021 at 2.00pm followed by private cremation.
