UPDATED 1.40pm: A person has sustained moderate injuries after a ute and bus crashed on Hewletts Road.
Police received a call about the crash on Hewletts Road between Aerodrome Road and Jean Batten Drive at 1pm, says a police spokesperson.
It is reported to involve a ute and a bus, she says
'Ambulance have taken one person to hospital with moderate injuries.”
The road is not blocked, she says.
EARLIER: Reports are coming in of a crash on Hewletts Road this afternoon.

.....that percentage wise, buses are involved in more accidents and deaths than cars?
