Day two of the ITF Taekwon-Do National Championships are taking place today.

The event brings the best athletes from each region to make a regional team who compete over two days in five events.

Throughout the Weekend the QEYC will have seven rings of action.

Friends, family and clubmates travel from throughout New Zealand to compete as teams as well as individuals. Competitions run throughout the weekend.

You'll see sparring action, patterns performances, dynamic displays of agility in special techniques, the skill of set pieces in pre-arranged sparring and the sheer force of power breaking.
