With the ever-changing landscape of farming, rural professionals can get the latest insights from those providing support to farmers at an upcoming event.

Learn More, Connect Better, on this morning at Paengaroa Hall, is an information session for rural bankers, consultants and advisors to connect the dots with what's happening in the industry and what support is available to for farmers.

"The event will include snappy presentations on a variety of topics, including environmental support, catchment groups, succession planning and the changing rural landscape," says NZ Landcare Trust BOP regional coordinator Janie Stevenson.

"Presentations will be given by Pim de Monchy from Bay of Plenty Regional Council, Darryl Jensen from Federated Farmers, Mary McTavish from Rural Women NZ, Jodie Craig from Rural Support Trust and Scott Neeley from Coach Approach Rural.

"Bring along your gummies for an optional walk with Daryl Jensen across his farm afterwards."
