Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on 18th July 2020. Dearly loved husband of the late Shirley. Much loved father and father in law of Carolyn and Nick, Tony and Leigh, and Deborah and Terry. Loving grandfather of Haydn and Charlie. A celebration of Geoff's life will be held at the Matua Bowls Club, 108 Levers Road Tauranga on Thursday the 23rd of July at 1pm.

Geoff was in charge of the Hamilton Boys High hostel when I was a junior Housemaster in 1968. He was an able administrator and fearsome disciplinarian but had a heart of gold. He helped shape my life. Craig McFarlane
