The NZTA are warning motorists who are set to travel along State Highway 2 between Tauranga and Katikati today about traffic congestion.

The area is expected to be busy through this area between 1pm and 7pm eastbound and 10am and 5pm westbound today.

'Road users are advised to expect delays and allow extra time for their journeys when travelling through this area,” says the NZTA.
