What's on Today? Vintage Cars

If vintage cars is your think head along to The Elms in Mission Street today to explore some of the finest classic vehicles at the Automobile Art at the Elms.

Today 18 exotic cars including Ferrari, Rolls Royce and Aston Martin will be on display along with more than 40 of the top range classics.


Sponsored by Farmer Motor Group, the day is set to be a treat for car enthusiasts.

Tickets are $10 for adults or $25 for a family. Parking is available along the surrounding streets and at the former netball courts on Cliff Road.

ANZ Championship Pre-season tournament.

Today is the finals of the ANZ Championship pre-season tournament at the TECT Arena at Baypark.

All 10 teams including the Bay of Plenty Waikato Magic will compete in the final day of the tournament with games starting at 9am today.

Teams from opposing pools are set to play each other today to determine the pre-season champion and overall rating.

Prizegiving is at 12.30pm.
