This article starts with “Downtown Tauranga is a vibrant place filled with culture, art, and plenty of things to see and do.” This is where the problem begins, as in my opinion nothing could be further from the truth. For how long do we bury our heads in the sand thinking that everything is ok? Some simply do not seem to realise what constitutes real attractions that encourage people into a city. The use of the word “vibrant” is farcical! Credit to those businesses that are managing to stay the course and put up with the ever-fading pulse of Downtown Tauranga. Please tell us more, as I and others would love to hear about the top ten things to see and do in Downtown Tauranga.
