Passed away in Tauranga on 5th January 2019. Aged 91 years. Dearly loved husband and constant companion of Jean (nee Grant) for over 65 years. Loved uncle of Ann Noordhof (Christchurch), Rosalind Halton (Newcastle) and great-uncle of Katia (London). In accordance with David and family wishes a private service has already taken place.
