Waterworld is excited to announce the opening of its Floating Waterpark at The Strand in Tauranga on December 14.

Waterworld will be open for a shorter period this summer, operating until the end of January 2019 only.

'Waterworld was such a hit with everyone last year and produced such an awesome vibe at the Waterfront,” says managing director Kel Travers says.

'We looked at taking the park to another region but decided that Tauranga is where it's at. We will be introducing some exciting new obstacles to make the course more challenging and more importantly more fun. These include a slipping wave, Column Bridge and my favourite, the on water Hamster Wheel!”
