Police are appealing for any information that will help them find a missing Tauranga man.

A vehicle belonging to Caleb Brooks was found outside McLaren Falls Park.

The 32-year-old has not yet been located says police.

The vehicle is described as a white station wagon with the registration number DBN200.

"Caleb was last seen wearing a pair of black Hurley shorts, grey hooded short sleeved t-shirt which has a black hood and sleeves, and white Globe brand shoes.

"Anyone who has seen Mr Brooks or his vehicle in the last 24 hours is asked to contact Tauranga Police on 07 577 4300."
