Good Morning Sunners and welcome to Rain Day- where ironically it is raining.
Today's weather in the Bay is expected to be slightly warming with a high 16 degrees and 5 degrees overnight. MetService say the rain will clear later this morning as northerlies change to westerly.
Rather than staying inside all day, celebrate the wet and wonderful with some well-deserved pampering.
Come along for a fun and educational workshop where you will learn some super easy and effective solutions for your health, and how you can support yourself and your family with nature's pure plant medicine.
In this Essential Oil Rollerball Making workshop you will learn how to make some simple essential oils blends to take your health to the next level, such as, boost your mood, improve digestion, immune, sleep, stress, anxiety, depression and the list goes on!
You will walk away feeling confident and empowered about taking control of your health on a complete emotional, physical and spiritual level.
The cost is $5 for the rollerball blend and you can make up to three blends of your choice (which is redeemable on purchase of any oils). Numbers are limited to ensure everyone receives personalised attention and support throughout the class.
The free workshop will be on from 2.30pm-4pm at Arataki Community Centre, Zambuk Way.
For more information contact Violet Honeyfield from Finding Health with Oils on [email protected] or 021 906 705.
