Passed away Wednesday 11 April 2018 at Summerset by the Sea Katikati, aged 93 years. Loving husband of Val for the past 69 years, and father and father-in-law of Gayle and Ken Bailey, Craig and Jennifer. Grandfather of Karl, Blair, Suzanne and Melissa, and great grandfather of Olivia, Madeleine, Sebastien, Reuben, Holly, Samantha, Zac, Carter and Lucy, and great great grandfather of Sage, Arlo and Isla. In accordance with Roy's wishes, a private cremation has taken place. A Memorial afternoon tea will be held at Summerset by the Sea, 181 Park Rd, Katikati, on Saturday 21 April at 2.00pm.
