Unexpectedly but peacefully at his home in Papamoa on Sunday October 16, 2011, aged 80 years. Beloved father of Debbie, and Carolyn, Isaac and Hannah; and loved father in law of Pete and Brendan. A service of celebration and thanksgiving for the life of Alan will be held at Holy Trinity Anglican Church, 3rd Avenue, Tauranga on Monday 24 October 2011 at 1pm, followed by private cremation.
