Peacefully on 8 October 2011, aged 76 years, at Waipuna Hospice. Loved husband of Betty, loved father and father-in-law of Peter, Warren, Tim and Tania, loved grand-Jack of Taylor and Madison.
A service for Jack will be held at home, 295 Ross Rd, Whakamarama, RD 6, Tauranga, on Wednesday 12 October at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to be posted to Waipuna Hospice, P.O. Box 1156 Tauranga 3140.
