On 1 February 2018 peacefully at Althorp Hospital Tauranga, aged 79 years. Elder son of the late Bruce and Ailsa of Pukekohe, loved brother of Judith and John van Bolderen, Don and Carole, Janet and Rhys Oliver, special uncle of his many nieces and nephews and grand-nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers donations preferred to Otumoetai Rotary for youth education. A service to celebrate David's life will be held in the Sir Tristram Lounge, Tauranga Racecourse, 1383 Cameron Road Greerton Tauranga on Thursday 8thFebruary at 1.30pm followed by private cremation.
