A woman is facing a charge of manslaughter after a man was shot and subsequently died in Hamilton last month.
The 23-year-old was granted interim name suppression when she appeared in the Hamilton Court this week.
Her next appearance will be on June 27 in the Hamilton High Court.
The shooting occurred at a Seddon Road property, opposite Seddon Park, at about 8pm on May 30, after the woman and the man had allegedly been drinking all day.
Rhys Gordon Williamson, 39, was a lifelong friend of the accused.
She was also charged with other firearm-related offences.
