Passed away peacefully at Whakatane Hospital on Saturday 20^th August 2016, aged 83. Dearly loved husband of Lotte and beloved father and father-in-law of Thomas and Jolene (Wellington), Robyn and Maurice (Dunedin), and Stephen and Tracey (Te Aroha). Proud Opa of Alicia, Kirsten, and Geoffrey. A service for Richard will be held in the chapel of Willetts Funeral Services Ltd, 21 King Street, Whakatane on Wednesday 24^th August at 11am followed by a private cremation.
