The Baywide Premier Women's competition will wrap up today, seeing current title holders Waikite hosted by an in form and unbeaten Tokoroa side.
Tokoroa coach AJ Purnell says the team's approach to today's game against Waikite in the Baywide Women's final started last Sunday with a good recovery session for the team.

'Making the finals series for the second time is a great feeling and not lost on the community of Tokoroa.
'A bruising semi-final last week against a revived Waimana team has done this week's hosts no favours. Having a fit run on side will be a positive,” says AJ.
With only eight of last year's losing finalist team playing this weekend coach AJ is happy to give more players experience in final's rugby.
'Ticking the boxes of building women's rugby in the district is also the key behind the team's growth and strength.”
The coach says the team with the best discipline should shine through.
'With only a few points separating these teams each time they meet, it may well come down to the bounce of the ball and the timing of the final whistle.”
Waikite's captain Eliza Stephens reflected on their loss to Tokoroa during the round robin and the teams learning's from it.
'With that loss it set us back and we had a really good think about where we went wrong in that game. We have gone back to the drawing board and addressed that.”
Eliza says they have now fixed those mistakes and proved last weekend in the semi-final against Rangiuru.
'We are now confident those errors and mistakes we have identified won't happen again.” As a team they are both excited and nervous for this weekend.
'We are ready to get out on the park”.
The captain says the Waikite side will be well supported this weekend.
'We have a 45 seater supporter's bus heading down to Tokoroa this weekend that the club has put on for us and of course a number of people heading down on their own accord to. So we will have plenty of support this weekend which will be great to see.”
To cap things off for womens rugby, top Bay of Plenty female referee Taneika Uerata will take control of the match.
At only 16 years old, Taneika's maturity is way beyond her teenage years.
'I am both honoured and excited to be involved in such a game. I will be doing my best to ensure that I am seen as little as possible and that the players are the ones that decide the result. In saying that though I am prepared to make the big calls if needed.”
Referee manager Pat Rae says Taneika has had a stand out season in women's rugby and her appointment by the board is a just reward for her stella effort this season.
The game is being played at Memorial Park, Tokoroa kick off at 1pm.
