On Wednesday 19^th August 2015, peacefully at Thornton Park Retirement Home, Opotiki. Dearly loved wife and mate of Dave (deceased). Loved mother and mother inlaw of Bev and Ron Artiss (Australia), Gordon and Sandy, and Robyn (deceased). Special nana of Simone, Tessa, Gareth, Clinton, Tracey, Suzanne and Daniel and 13 great grandchildren.

A celebration of Jean's life will be held in the Hiona St Stephen's Anglican Church, Church Street, Opotiki on Monday 24^th August at 2pm followed by a private cremation. In lieu of flowers donations would be appreciated to the NZ Cancer Society, C/- PO Box 2070, Whakatane or maybe left at the service.
