Divinity Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar

Leanne and Michel Chinnery are the passion behind this divine product based in Mangawhai, producing a range of olive oils and pomegranate balsamic vinegar.

This is one of my favourite dressings to use as it's so versatile and adds wonderful flavour to many dishes especially coming into the spring season.

It is a five-year-old balsamic vinegar from Modena that has been reduced with Pomegrante juice. It has a delicious thick consistency and is sweet and tart at the same time and makes a perfect match for hearty meats like lamb, venison, pork and duck. Drizzle lightly over the meat once plated. In our household it's used almost every night over favourite salad greens with chunks of feta or blue cheese and toasted pine nut's or walnut. Pour over poached fruit or ice cream for an elegant and easy desert. It's also great on a tasting plate with Divinity Olive oil and hot crusty bread. I assure you it's a must have in your pantry this spring and you will not be disappointed with the range of dishes you can use it on.
