What's on Today? Netball

Good morning Sunners,

Tropical Cyclone Pam, currently located over waters south of Vanuatu, is forecast to track our way soon. Here at SunMedia, we will keep you updated on weather warnings throughout the day.

In the meantime, let's check out what is happening in and around the Bay today.

Action heats up in the 2015 ANZ Championship, as the Waikato/Bay of Plenty Kia Magic take on Melbourne Vixens on home turf this evening.

Magic co-captain Leana De Bruin is set to reach her 100th ANZ Championship game tonight at ASB Arena in Mount Maunganui.

Netball Waikato Bay of Plenty is urging fans to get along to the match, so they can show their appreciation and support to Leana and the team. Tickets can be purchased through Ticketek.

Car enthusiasts are in for a treat this weekend, when the Bay of Plenty Coastal Cruisers Bike and Hot Rod Show rolls into town.

The bike and hot rod show is on at Cherokee Place in Mount Maunganui from 10am to 2pm today. Entry is a gold coin donation.
