Dads and their children spent the day bonding over an old past time this afternoon as part of the annual Kinds Need Dadz fishing event.

Last year's inaugural event was such a success that organiser encouraged people to head down to pack their bait and rods, and head down to The Strand Reclamation.

Kidz Need Dadz trust chairman Raegan Douglas says all parents know how important it is to spend quality time with their children at a safe and fun filled event.
