On Monday 29^th May 2017, peacefully at Acacia Park Home and Hospital, Omokoroa.

For many years Grant sought the beast,

A hunting man who is now deceased, He roamed the hills, and valley far, Now he hunts amongst the stars, May our Father The Hunter live on forever, In the bush we all call Heaven.

Grant is survived by his Loving partner Jacky Stockwell, loving father to Andrew and Darryn, he leaves behind 5 Grandsons Thomas, Jacob, Caleb, Khol and Riley, and Great Grampie to Lucas. Daughter Inlaws, Tammy & Odette. Grant will be resting at 36 Seaview Road, Whakatane from Tuesday afternoon. His Farewell Service will be held this Friday 2^nd June at 11am in the Church of St George and St John, 30 Domain Road, Whakatane followed by burial in the New Lawn Memorial section of Hillcrest Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations would be appreciated to Waipuna Hospice, PO Box 1156, Tauranga or may be left at the service. Communications to the Soutar Family, C/- 36 Seaview Road, Whakatane.
