BUTTERWORTH, Derek Michael (Mike). Ex M.O.T Traffic Officer 362. Peacefully on Tuesday 15^th November 2016; aged 74 years. Dearly beloved son of the late Mick and Barbara Butterworth. Loved brother of Cheese, Jan and Jim Fisher, and the late Stephen. Father of Angela. Loved uncle of Helen, Joseph, Grant, Pamela, Tracy and Dean.

A celebration of Mike's life will be held in the St John Union Church, St John Street, Opotiki on Friday 18^th November at 11am followed by burial in the Woodlands Cemetery.
