On Saturday 9th April 2016 peacefully at Golden Pond Rest Home after a long courageous battle, aged 66.
Adored husband and best friend of Sharon. Cherished father of Leah, Pauline and Alan, and treasured stepdad of Zandra, Aaron and Zeta. Much loved grandfather to all his grandchildren.
A funeral service for Alan will be held in the chapel of Willetts Funeral Services Ltd, 21 King Street, Whakatane on Wednesday 13 April at 2pm followed by a private cremation. Messages please to the Essex family C/- PO Box 2070 Whakatane.
