Auckland City CIB staff are not looking for anyone else after arresting two people in connection with an alleged assault on a man visiting an address in Miranda St, Avondale, about 2.30pm on Saturday.
Police say the man was hospitalised but his injuries are not life-threatening.
"he man and his alleged attackers were all known to each other.
"Further inquiries in the area are being carried out in order to locate any witnesses to the incident."
