On 22 April 2015, peacefully at Somervale Rest Home, aged 86 years. Dearly loved and precious husband of the late Heather, much loved dad of Linda and Grahame, Jeanette, Rosemary and Noel, Marie and John, Michael and Wendy, Ronald and Natasha, Tony and Tina, loving grandad of Michaela, Jayne-Margaret, Seamus, Marcella, Samuel, Natalya, Devan, William, Benjamin, Christina, Nicholas, Daniel and Oliver, great grandad to Eli-Jack and Otis. In lieu of flowers, donations preferred to be posted to the Diabetes Society, 47 Fraser St Tauranga. A Requiem Mass to celebrate Ray's life will be held at St Thomas More Catholic Church, 17 Gloucester St Mt Maunganui, on Saturday 25 April at 1pm, followed by private cremation.
