Pahoia youngsters record rock

Pahoia United, a six piece rock band of nine and ten-year-olds from Pahoia School, releases its first recording this Friday on the internet. Their song, Sunshine, was written by teacher Billy Edwards, aka Mr E.

The members of Pahoia United 2009 are Chris Rickett and Jay Wills on guitars; Joe Scarrow on bass; Bianca Ruegg on drums; Sam Lett on keyboards and vocals, and Caitlin de Graaf on lead vocals.
Billy has also received a $1000 Unisys grant to make a music video for the band's next song, Running For The Door which members are working on now.
