Peacefully on January 14, 2018 aged 81 years. Loved wife of the late James Leo (Jim). Loved mother and mother in law of Dana-Marie and Wayne Saunders, Louise, Anthony and Kerri, Nathan and Andrea. A much loved nana and great nana. A Requiem Mass for Pat will be celebrated at St Patricks Catholic Church, Beatty Ave, Te Puke on Thursday 18th January at 1pm, followed by private cremation.
