Has anyone noticed, the more these crimes are brought to attention via media (social or otherwise), the more they seem to occur? Just saying...

I guess pretty soon there will be 15 robberies all at once... the crooks knowing that the Police can only attend 2 or 3 robberies at any one time? I just don't understand the criminals? What do they get? $50 in change and a few packets of ciggies? If they just got a job... they wouldn't have to bother robbing anyone?
