What’s On: Try inside frisbee

Good morning Sunners, if you're looking for something a little different to do while having fun and getting fit. Why not try indoor frisbee.

It's a craze sweeping the world right now and you can have a go at it right here in Tauranga.

The Mount Sports Centre on Maunganui Road is where the Ultimate Indoor Frisbee is being held from 12pm to 2pm.

It's open to men and women of all ages and abilities. Indoor frisbee is a non-contact sport made up of four team members. If you're interested head down or for more information contact mountultimate@gmail.com.

Now if that's not quite what you're looking for then check out some of the other events happening in around the city. Oh and don't forget to check out the last day of the Seriously Good Food Show happening at the ASB Arena Baypark, starting at 10am.
