Passed away after a short illness, on June 24, 2016, at Tauranga Hospital, aged 55 years. Surrounded by his family and friend's. Loved son of John Horman and Trish Neilson. Loving father of Cita, and Grandfather to his little grandys. Brother of Andrew, Gary, Shellee, and dear friend of Phil Ewens a fishing mate. Loved by all his nieces and family. A service for Geoff will be held at Tauranga Park, 383 Pyes Pa Rd Tauranga, on Thursday June 30, at 2pm, followed by a private cremation.
