Lotto player’s $200K windfall

A Tauranga Lotto player will be going into the long weekend with a smile on their face after winning Strike Four.

The winning ticket, which was sold at Cambridge Heights Foodmarket, means the player is now $200,000 richer.

Two Lotto players in Auckland will also be celebrating after each winning $500,000 with Lotto First Division in last night's live Lotto draw.

The winning tickets were sold at Fresh For Less in Mt Wellington, Auckland and Pakuranga Heights Four Square in Auckland.

Powerball was not struck this evening and has rolled over to Saturday's draw, where the jackpot will be $6.5 million.

Anyone who bought their ticket from any of the above stores should write their name on the back of the ticket and check it immediately at any Lotto outlet, online at MyLotto.co.nz or through the Lotto NZ ticket-checker app.
