A Tauranga 15 year old is facing charges for burglary and in relation to thefts from motor vehicles conducted in the Matua area last week.
Detective Alan Kingsbury says the 15 year old was arrested on Wednesday and is due to appear in the Tauranga Youth Court on Thursday.
Alan says the arrest was made largely thanks to information received by the public about the burglaries conducted in the early hours of Tuesday, December 14.
He says no other people are being sought by police in relation to these Matua burglaries and thefts.
