Has dirty politics changed your vote?

Political mudslinging has begun as the campaign trail leading to the September 20 election heats-up.

Political parties are letting their views known about their opponents with a lot of the political news about what parties should be doing and should not be doing.

Nicky Hager's recently published ‘Dirty Politics' book has seen John Key's focus taken away from his election campaign to answer allegations from the book which reveals hacked emails.

SunLive asked people in the public what they thought about the election campaign so far and if the recent ‘dirty politics' has seen their vote swayed.

Watch the video above to see what they have to say.

So what's all the media fuss about?

How many of those interviewed said that they thought that it was SILLY? I believe that Hager is a failed politician from way back and although my memory may be a little jaded, I think that he is strongly linked with the Watermelons (Green on the outside and dark red on the inside). It will be interesting to watch what happens on the left if they are successful in a months time. What deals will be made or have they been made already? I'll bet that there's a better book to be written about what's going on currently. If there is just blind voting for whichever party we may live to regret the outcome and those worst affected may be those that are being fought over the most - Our current youth and future generations.

This Dirty Politics attack has made me even more sure to get out there and vote- and NOT for any party which is ( and continues) to throw SH## . Shut up and let us hear the policies ( and how they are going to be funded.
