Hundreds of people sipped on cold drinks as they enjoyed the music of the Classic Hits Winery Tour at Wharepai Domain.

The likes of The Adults, Anika Moa, Boh Runga, Hollie Smith and Fat Freddy's Drop kept people entertained as the sun set across Tauranga on Friday night.

New Zealand's Got Talent winner Clara van Wel kicked the evening off followed by a great set by Jon Toogood, Julia Deans and Shayne Carter.

The 15-year-old is touring the country as a special guest in the line-up for the 2013 Classic Hits Winery Tour.

Clara's visit to Tauranga coincides with the digital release of her debut single ‘Beautiful' on March 1.

The Adults set was followed by Anika, Boh and Hollie who played a range of harmonys that suited the sunlit setting.

After dark it was time for Fat Freddys to wow the crowds and in true Fat Freddys style they gathered a large dance crowd who enjoyed grooving to the dub beats.

The Classic Hits Winery Tour concert dates are:

March 2: Villa Maria Estate Winery, Auckland, at 5pm.

March 3: Mystery Creek Winery, Hamilton, at 5pm.
