ANZAC Day Tauranga Memorial Service

Join us on Anzac Day as we honour the soldiers who fought at Gallipoli and other conflicts in which New Zealand has been involved. Since the first commemorative services in 1916, Anzac Day has evolved into the observance we know today. This year's Anzac Day Civic Service will be held at 9am on Thursday, 25 April at Memorial Park, Tauranga, commemorating 104 years since the Battle of Gallipoli.

Free Park and Ride services will be available for the Tauranga Civic Memorial Service and the Mount Maunganui Dawn Service.

Parade information

Groups wishing to march in the parade please assemble by 8.30am next to the Queen Elizabeth Youth Centre.

Organisations or groups that wish to lay a wreath during the service please email Kate Percy at anzacday@tauranga.govt.nz.
