Multiple car crash at busy intersection

File photo.

Emergency services have been called to a crash involving at least two vehicles this evening.

A police spokesperson says the crash occurred just before 5.50pm at the intersection of Fraser Street and 15th Ave.

She says the intersection was blocked for a time.

"It's unclear whether there were any injuries, although one report suggests there may have been minor. An ambulance was at the scene also."

They could catch a dozen red light runners every hour at this intersection if they wanted to. Install some cameras and start pinging these idiots. The camera payback period would be less than a week then its profit all the way.
