Traffic is moving freely on State Highway 2 in Te Puna after a minor nose-to-tail crash at about 8.30am.
Fire fighters move one of the vehicles involved in the crash off the road.
The crash involved a silver sedan striking the rear of a grey ‘people mover' van.
Injuries to the drivers and their passengers are not known at this time.
Traffic was delayed there for about 30 minutes as emergency services attended the crash.

These sort of incidents don't happen if you keep a safe distance from the vehicle ahead. One of my pet hate by road users - TAILGATING !
