A Tauranga man has been nabbed for allegedly stealing a computer from a property in the Avenues yesterday morning.
The 24-year-old man was arrested following a police search in the Fraser Cove area at about 8.15am.
Police arrested a man for burglary behind Fraser Cove.
Tauranga Police duty Senior Sergeant Rich Martin says the alleged burglary was disturbed at the address.
'He was subsequently arrested around the Fraser Cove area following a police search,” explains Rich.
'He stole a computer, which has not been located.”
The accused was remanded in custody overnight and is due to appear in Tauranga District Court today for a bail application hearing.

Bail - out and about for more burglary before this case even gets to a full court hearing...........
