On 26 March 2015, peacefully at Althorp Rest Home, aged 80 years.

Dearly loved husband of the late Lorna, precious dad of Peter and Rona, Linda and Graham, adored grandpa of Paul and Karla, Matthew and Helen, Simon and Natalie, David and Narelle, Julia and Thomas, Scott and Rachael, and great grandpa to Tamsin, Jacob, Noah, Isobel, Koby, Madeline, William, Joanna, Maggie and Bump.

A service to celebrate Ivan's life, will be held at The Salvation Army Citadel, 5th Ave Tauranga, on Tuesday 31 March at 2pm, followed by private cremation. Communication to the Rose Family, c/o P.O. Box 3136 Greerton, Tauranga 3142.
