A 75-year-old Tokoroa woman has died following a crash on State Highway 1.
The crash happened near Tokoroa just before 2pm on Saturday when police say the woman's car, travelling south on SH1 at Lichfield, crossed the centre line and collided head on with an oncoming truck.
Police investigators are working to establish the cause of the crash.
